In its 6 years of operation, the Banqiao MRT Station Tourist Service Center won the top 3 ranking in the Ministry of Transportation and Communications Tourism Bureau’s evaluation of national transportation station tourist service centers in 2009, showcasing its outstanding service quality. It offers services including Chinese and English tourism consultation, travel attraction introductions, accommodation and transportation planning, itinerary planning services, celebratory events, guided tours, and online or telephone inquiries.
