After 6 years of operation, the Banqiao MRT Station Tourist Service Center was ranked among the top three in the Tourism Bureau's annual assessment of transportation hub tourist service centers in the 98th year, showcasing its exceptional service quality. Services provided include consultation in Chinese and English for tourism, introduction of tourist attractions, transportation and accommodation planning, itinerary planning services, event celebrations, guided tours, and internet or phone inquiries. In 2008, media guides, electronic bulletin boards, and reading areas were added to provide more professional, convenient, efficient, high-quality, and diversified services, allowing visitors to immediately obtain detailed information about tourism in New Taipei City.
