Banqiao Station Introduction

Banqiao Station in New Taipei City is a hub where three rail systems converge, making transportation very convenient! It integrates the MRT, Taiwan Railway, and High-Speed Rail and stands at 25 stories high, making it the tallest railway station building in the country. It looks grand and impressive, showcasing the momentum of New Taipei City as its gateway. The internal space is spacious, serving not only as a transportation hub but also featuring a shopping center, food street, shopping district, and a tourism service center, making it very functional. While waiting for a train or transferring, visitors can explore the area. Next to the station is Citizen Square, where the signature event "New Taipei City Christmas Land" takes place every year from November to December, featuring a series of exciting activities, vibrant Christmas lights, and various events that attract many residents. It is also an annual celebration for families. Sometimes, classic games are broadcast on large electronic billboards next to the stage.
