The Lovers' Bridge is located over the Shih Shui Keng River, measuring 40 meters in length and 3.5 meters in width. The entire bridge is supported without any piers, making it the first implementation of wooden bridge construction technology in Taiwan, capable of withstanding earthquakes of magnitude seven or above. It is also the longest scenic wooden bridge in the Far East.
