The Lover's Bridge is located over the Shih Shui Keng Creek, measuring 40 meters in length and 3.5 meters in width. The entire bridge is supported without any piers, representing the first introduction of wooden bridge construction technology in Taiwan, capable of withstanding earthquakes of magnitude seven or higher. It is also the longest scenic wooden bridge in the Far East.
