Dongfeng Bicycle Greenway Introduction
The Dongfeng Bike Path is the country's first bicycle-only path transformed from an abandoned railway, with a total length of approximately 13.6 kilometers. It features green energy travel routes that incorporate railway characteristics, such as pavilions converted from railway platforms, parallel railway tracks alongside the bike path, and the Fault Platform Park commemorating the 921 earthquake, all of which hold historical educational significance and cultural relevance. The scenic view along the way is charming and pleasant, with greenery planted on both sides of the path, creating a lush environment, resembling a "green Dajia River," which harmoniously complements the nearby blue Dajia River.
