Introduction: About Wei Rong SAUCECO, hidden in a small alley in Fengyuan, has been brewing its delicious soy sauces for over 70 years. The rich, aromatic flavor has simmered through history, evolving into Taiwan's leading brand for organic miso and organic black bean soy sauce. The founder, Mr. Hsu Huo-Lieh, established Central Taiwan's first professional brewing and production factory in 1945, creating miso, red yeast rice, and broad bean sauce products from high-quality local agricultural products. In 1976, Mr. Hsu Tsung-Lin took over and introduced production lines for black bean soy sauce and canned vegetable pickles. In 1999, the third generation, Mr. Hsu Li-Sheng, standardized processes and successfully integrated "food safety," "organic brewing," and "industrial tourism" to break through traditional industry frameworks and enhance brand value. Wei Rong continues the spirit of Taiwan's brewing culture, promoting local cultural crafts and agricultural products, by establishing the country's first Miso Brewing Culture Museum. Through sensory experience handcrafting activities and the concept of a "mobile museum" for local revitalization, it continues to enhance regional prosperity. The building's exterior is constructed with an eco-friendly green building concept, featuring century-old antique cedar barrels and wooden koji boxes, while introducing the origins, history, and varieties of early brewing foods, helping the public to understand miso and various brewed foods, and providing safer, richer, and healthier kitchen sauces and cultural creative souvenirs.
