Introduction: About Wei Rong SAUCECO, hidden in a small alley in Fengyuan, has been brewing for over 70 years, creating a rich and mellow flavor that has simmered through history, making it the top brand for Taiwan's organic miso and organic black bean soy sauce. Founded by Mr. Hsu Huo-Lieh in 1945, it was the first professional brewing factory in Central Taiwan, producing miso, red yeast, and doubanjiang with locally sourced high-quality agricultural products. In 1976, Mr. Hsu Chung-Lin took over and introduced production lines for black bean soy sauce and canned vegetable pickles. In 1999, the third generation, Mr. Hsu Li-Sheng, standardized the processes and successfully introduced "food safety," "organic brewing," and "industrial tourism," breaking traditional industry frameworks and enhancing brand value. Wei Rong continues to promote Taiwan’s brewing culture spirit, local特色文化工藝與農產品, establishing the first Miso Brewing Culture Museum in the nation. Through five sensory experience handmade activities and the concept of a "mobile museum" for local revitalization, it continues to contribute to regional prosperity. The building is constructed with an environmentally friendly green building concept and showcases century-old antique cedar barrels and koji boxes, introducing the early sources, history, and varieties of brewed foods, helping the public understand miso and various brewing products, providing safer, richer, and healthier kitchen sauces and creative gifts.
