Chen's Stone City Introduction

Each piece of meat goes through meticulous steps including fat removal, marination, drying, and charcoal smoking. Using the freshest meat combined with natural ingredients and a family recipe sauce made from various traditional Chinese herbs, it shares the concept of family, allowing everyone to enjoy a meal as if it were home-cooked, ensuring peace of mind.
