Wanfen Circular Mountain Trail Introduction
The trail begins at Lane 176, Zhongzheng Road, Wufeng District, surrounded by lush green rice fields and the sweet fragrance wafting in the air. After turning left at Cawu Temple, you enter the hiking trail, located in an unpolluted area where you can absorb a wealth of phytoncides. The path is shaded by trees, with grass and foliage flourishing, accompanied by the sounds of birds and insects. If you’re lucky, you might spot red dragonflies, monkeys, and various bird species, making it a refreshing experience. The trail is maintained by community volunteers daily, keeping it very clean and tidy, with signs and pavilions installed. The high points offer great views, featuring two observation platforms and a small garden, where you can overlook Wufeng, Caotun, Wuxi, National Highway 6, and the surrounding green hills. Nearby attractions include the Agricultural Experiment Station and the Earthquake Museum, rich in cultural characteristics, making it an excellent place for relaxation and leisure.
