Wan Feng Mountain Loop Trail Introduction
This trail begins at Lane 176, Zhongzheng Road in Wufeng District, flanked by lush green rice fields that fill the air with a sweet fragrance. After turning left at Cihwu Temple, you will enter the mountain trail, which is in an unpolluted area. Walking here allows you to absorb a large amount of phytoncides, surrounded by shady green trees and flourishing plants, with the sounds of birds chirping and insects buzzing. If you're lucky, you might also spot red dragonflies, monkeys, and various bird species, making for a refreshing experience. The trail is kept very clean by community volunteers who maintain it daily, featuring signposts and pavilions. It has great viewpoints with two observation platforms and a small garden where you can gaze at Wufeng, Caotun, Wu River, National Highway 6, and the surrounding green hills. Nearby attractions include the Agricultural Experiment Station and the Earthquake Museum, rich in cultural features, making it an excellent place for the public to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
