Gonglaoping Introduction
Fengyuan people take pride in Gonglaoping, which boasts a vast scenic view and serves as an excellent date spot for young couples hiking and enjoying the scenery. Scenic restaurants and cafes built along the mountainside, as well as Qilongjiaqiao Memorial Park, provide stunning views of Taichung's beautiful night scenery. At an elevation of less than 500 meters, Gonglaoping is said to be named after a wise man named Xu Gonglao, who led the locals in development.
