Taichung Central Park Introduction

Central Park covers an area of approximately 67.34 hectares and has gained the reputation of being the "lungs of Taichung," thanks to its integration with the water and trade zone. It is a large activity park that combines three main principles: "intelligence," "low carbon," and "innovation." The park features a unique global twelve-sense interactive facility, making it significantly different from typical parks. The vast area is adorned with various green plantings that present diverse landscapes, including over 10,000 trees of 106 different species, of which 83% are native species, creating a diverse and suitable urban oasis for wildlife. In the morning, visitors can jog through the undulating terrain; in the afternoon, they can stroll in the sun-dappled shade; at dusk, they can ascend to the park's highest point to enjoy the sunset; and at night, they can explore the mysterious forest ecology under the twinkling lights. You are welcome to visit. Guided tours: ■Available □Not available ■Reservation required. Reservation phone: 04-37062600 ext. 201. Source: Taichung City Government Construction Bureau.
