Taichung Central Park Introduction

Central Park covers an area of approximately 67.34 hectares and is known as the "Lung of Taichung," in response to its integration with the Water Park Economic Zone. It is a large activity park that combines the three major principles of "intelligence," "low carbon," and "innovation," featuring unique twelve-sensory interactive facilities that set it apart from typical parks. The expansive area utilizes various green plantings to showcase diverse landscapes, housing over 10,000 trees of 106 species, with 83% being native species, creating an urban oasis that is diverse and suitable for wildlife habitats. In the morning, visitors can jog through the undulating terrain; in the afternoon, they can stroll beneath the sun-dappled canopies; at dusk, they can ascend to the park's highest point to enjoy the sunset; and at night, they can explore the mysterious forest ecology illuminated by twinkling lights.
