Nan Hua Reservoir Introduction
Whenever passing along Taiwan Route 20 from Tainan towards Jiasian, it's hard not to be captivated by the stunning blue surface of the lake; many people often stop their cars to gaze from higher viewpoints. Besides being an important water supply reservoir for Tainan, Nanhua Reservoir is also a significant recreational area and historical site. Beneath the Nanhua Dam lies the Battle of Jiapu historical site, and the Nanhua District Office has established a military history park, an environmental park, and a water-friendly park here, collectively named "Source Journey Leisure Park."
