Yushan Baoguang Temple Introduction
The Nanhua Yushan Baoguang Temple, the faith center of the Baoguang sect of Yiguan Dao, is the place of worship for the Baoguang sect in Tainan. The initiator, Wang Shou (also known as Elder Wang Shou), considered that as Yiguan Dao was introduced to Taiwan after the war, by the 1970s, many devotees began to pass away, necessitating the assistance of fellow practitioners to handle their affairs in accordance with their beliefs. This led to the idea of seeking land to build a pagoda.
