Wude Temple, Shijian, Yende Introduction
Rende Shih-San-Jia Wude Temple is dedicated to the God of Wealth, Wu, who was worshipped since it was originally a small local belief center. After years of development, it now enjoys a prosperous flow of incense, attracting believers from all over Taiwan. The temple's history can be traced back to the Qing Dynasty when the early settlers immigrated from the mainland and brought the deity statues with them, which were initially enshrined in their homes. Over a hundred years ago, a temple was built with soil called Yuanshuai Temple, but it later collapsed due to neglect.
