Xinhua Wude Temple Introduction
The Xinhua Martial Arts Hall was built between 1925 and 1928, located next to the old fire station at the intersection of Zhongzheng Road and Heping Street in the Xinhua District. During the Japanese occupation, it served as a training venue for kendo and judo. After renovation, it combines with the Xinhua Old Street, Xinhua Street Office, and the Yang Kui Literary Museum, along with the recently completed Damu River Cultural Park, creating a diverse and rich cultural area in Xinhua Old Street.
