Star of Qianzhen Introduction
The Qianhua Star Bridge, located at the intersection of Zhongshan Fourth Road and Kaixuan Fourth Road, is a multifunctional bicycle bridge. Due to the complex traffic flow and heavy vehicle flow at this intersection, pedestrians face significant risks when crossing the road. The establishment of bicycle lanes not only improves safety for both pedestrians and vehicles but also connects the Lihpao Line Bicycle Path, Qianzhen River Bicycle Path, and Fengshan River Bicycle Path systems, forming a complete bicycle network that promotes energy conservation and carbon reduction. The bridge has a width of 5 meters, allowing for the separation of pedestrians and bicycles. Structurally, it extends outward with curved steel frames, complemented by a wavy canopy that creates a multi-layered aesthetic, softening the rigid urban landscape. The intersection of the lanes is designed to resemble tree trunks, featuring an aerial garden that serves as a landmark focal point for the city. It creates a resting area filled with natural scenery for pedestrians and cyclists on the bridge, allowing them to enjoy the street view. At night, the access paths and bridge body are illuminated with different colors and layers of lighting, enhancing safety for users and establishing a vibrant new landmark for Qianzhen.
