Daliao Baogong Temple Introduction

Established in 1969, this is currently the largest temple in Taiwan dedicated to the worship of the deity Bao Gong. The temple, known as Kaifeng Palace, features three main halls: the main hall for Bao Gong, the middle hall for the Five Buddhas, and the third hall for the Jade Emperor. In front of the temple stands a pair of massive golden lions, adding to its grandeur. This temple serves as a center of faith for the local residents of Daliao, and for tourists, it is a unique sight. It is highly recommended to set aside time to visit this temple when exploring the Daliao District.
