觀音里酒枯井

The "Wine Well" located on Zhonghua Road Lane 17 has been around for over a century. According to Zhang Cuo's elder Zhang Jianxiao, who is over ninety years old (born in the Year of the Rabbit), this well existed before she was born. She mentions that in her childhood, she watched her elders use this well to make wine, and at that time, the surrounding area was all owned by Zhang Cuo, with traditional one-story houses around it. The well is located in the yard, and everyone would gather there to collect water and make wine, which is what the locals referred to as "Jiu Gu Zhang". The water from the well is slightly salty. Another elder, Madam Li Teng, who is also over ninety years old and married into Li Cuo from Zhang Cuo, similarly stated that the wine well existed before her birth and was dug by Zhang family ancestors. Her great-grandmother (referred to as Zha Ma Zu) was involved in winemaking. Both elders stated that winemaking was something from their great-grandfather's generation, and since they became aware, their family stopped making wine and turned to farming.
