Zhu Yu Tea Luobanshu Bo Introduction
In the 1997 government encouraged farmers to transform, the sweet potato production and marketing team leader, Zhuang Qianjin, began working on the preservation of Hakka culture in 1999. Utilizing the excellent bamboo weaving skills learned from farming in the past, he established a bamboo weaving exhibition hall to preserve Hakka culture. The entire family is involved in managing the rural ecological tourism of Bamboo Language Tea Lu. The itinerary includes Hakka culture, family history, architectural tours, exhibitions of old farming tools, ox cart rides, as well as sweet potato roasting, straw weaving, and bamboo weaving classes. In the future, there are hopes to expand to include homestays, making Nanpu a representative spot for rural countryside tourism.
