Most of the products are sold at retail, including: Oriental Beauty Tea (produced and sold in-house), tea-infused eggs (baked in-house), Oolong tea (from Lishan, Shuilin Creek, Alishan, Jin Xuan, and high mountain Oolong), mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, and sweet potatoes (seasonal). The establishment also offers bicycle rental services for tourists, and customers can enjoy tea tasting or purchase products while renting a bicycle.
