Bawu Mountain Old Liu Fruit Orchard The name of Bawu Mountain comes from the mountain peak at an elevation of 850 meters. The owner of this peak is Liu Qingyuan, an Atayal person, who has 15 hectares of land on the mountain. He has spent more than a decade cultivating sweet persimmons, over one hectare of honey peaches, and citrus fruits in the mountainous area; among them, his sweet persimmons are especially praised for being fresh, sweet, and crunchy, with the largest ones weighing over a kilo and having a sweetness level exceeding 20 degrees. Cyclists who want to visit have to go through a challenging journey; the entrance is located at the 41.1 km mark on Provincial Highway 120, only 700 meters away, but the elevation rises by 200 meters, highlighting the difficulty of the road conditions.
