Baoshan Liu's Orchard Introduction
The name "85 Mountain" comes from a peak with an elevation of 850 meters. The owner of this mountain is a Tsou tribe member, Liu Qingyuan, who has 15 hectares of land on the mountain. Over the course of more than ten years, he has cultivated sweet persimmons, peaches, and citrus fruits in the mountainous area. His sweet persimmons are particularly well-known, being exceptionally sweet and crisp, with the largest weighing over a kilogram and a sweetness level exceeding 20 degrees. Cyclists looking to visit will face a bit of a challenge, as the entrance is located at the 41.1 kilometer mark on Route 120. It's just 700 meters away, but the elevation rises by 200 meters, highlighting the difficulty of the road conditions.
