Chen Family Farm Introduction
Chen's Farm is located on the hillside at the end of Fuli Rural Area, featuring pink trumpet trees, a restaurant, orchards, and summer rhinoceros beetles as the main attractions. The limited-time pink trumpet trees are found at Jiuqi Lake Chen's Farm, which is surrounded by lush greenery, orchards, restaurants, and cafes, with the trumpet trees gradually blooming, making it a great spot for photography! The restaurant offers Hakka cuisine and Lei Cha, while the orchard focuses on summer's high-graft water pears. The restaurant's wooden carved chairs, adorned with Paiwan tribe totems, are also a highlight, paired with authentic Hakka dishes. After eating, you can take a stroll around the area, where you might encounter cute rhinoceros beetles or butterflies. It’s a perfect time to relax with friends or family. As for the rhinoceros beetles, the orchard has dozens of light-scented trees that these beetles love, and every June and July, thousands of rhinoceros beetles and other beetles are active on the trunks, making it a great ecological teaching spot. Additionally, at Chen's Farm, the owner, Chen Hsin-yuan, personally teaches children how to make the lost bamboo flute using on-site materials, along with crafting lifelike puppies from foxtail grass, which is quite fun!
