Baguashan Xiangshan Trail Introduction
Located beside Taiwan Route 74 (Zhongzhang Expressway), this small trail spans only 822 meters and was developed along a winding mountain road as part of the first phase of construction, with further planning for park trails ongoing. Currently, there are facilities available for public use, including parking lots (for motorcycles, passenger cars, and buses) and restrooms. A wooden platform at a high point offers a distant view of the Changhua Plain, Taichung metropolitan area, and the western coastline. The trail is primarily designed as a leisure park concept, featuring wooden plank walkways. Various plants such as Vaccinium, Ficus virens, Hoya (wish vine), bald cypress, and Cinnamomum cassia are planted in different sections to create diverse landscapes, making it suitable for the general public to visit for relaxation.
