Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation Nantou Distillery Introduction
Located by the Maoluo River in Nantou City, it is famous for producing wine and is known throughout Taiwan for acquiring locally-sourced fruits to brew various fruit wines. Visitors can taste a wide range of alcoholic beverages. The fourth Saturday of every March is designated as the Nantou Distillery Fruit Wine Festival, which includes community-building activities such as a garden fair, product tastings, promotions, and folk performances to boost industrial tourism in Nantou City. It is the only winery in Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation that produces fruit wine.
