Built on January 20, 1997, this large arch bridge cost over 90 million NTD. It is a multi-purpose steel arch and scenic suspension bridge, measuring 280 meters in total length and 8.6 meters in width. It features a motorcycle lane in the center and pedestrian walkways on both sides for scenic views, as well as observation platforms on both ends of the bridge.
