Built on January 20, 1997, this large arch bridge, which cost over 90 million NTD, features a multi-target steel arch design and a landscape suspension bridge. It spans a total length of 280 meters and a width of 8.6 meters, with a motorcycle lane in the center and scenic walking paths on both sides. Viewing platforms are located on either side of the bridge.
