Built on January 20, 1997, this large arch bridge, which cost over 90 million NTD, features multi-target steel arches and a scenic suspension design. It has a total length of 280 meters and a width of 8.6 meters, accommodating a motorcycle lane in the center and pedestrian scenic walkways on both sides, along with viewing platforms on each side of the bridge.
