Built in the 13th year of the Daoguang era (1833), Lantian Academy was relocated to its current site in 1864. It is one of the seven major historical sites in Nantou County and is designated as a national third-level historic site. The academy is rich in historical relics, and students often come here to study and seek blessings, enjoying the embrace of culture.
