Lantian Academy, established in the 13th year of the Daoguang Emperor's reign (1833), was relocated to its current site in 1864. It is one of the seven major historical sites in Nantou County and is classified as a national third-level historic site. The academy is rich in historical significance, and students often come here to study and seek blessings, enjoying the nourishment of culture.
