Kueibi Mountain Circular Trail Introduction
Next to the Kui Bi Mountain Geological Park, the North Liao Kui Bi Mountain Tide Viewing Area, constructed by the Penghu National Scenic Area Administration, features a seaside pedestrian walkway. If you walk about 100 meters north, you will see a sign for the "Huan Mountain Trail." Turning right and following the muddy path into a small grove, you'll encounter a junction sign. You can walk left or right to reach the cliffs by the military radar. At the summit, you'll find abandoned military facilities, bunkers, and trenches. This area was a military stronghold before martial law was lifted. From the highest point of Kui Bi Mountain, you can enjoy panoramic views of the natural landscape and the vast sea. On clear days, you can see Jishan Island and Dinggou Island to the north; during low tide, you can see the Chi Yu Fen Sea Trail to the right and Fan Zi Wei to the left below. Between Kui Bi Mountain, Fan Zi Wei, and Chi Yu, large intertidal zones and rock formations are exposed at low tide, providing a spot for locals to collect shellfish. [Recommended stay time] 2 hours.
