Kueibishan Mountain Circumference Trail Introduction
Beside the Kui Bi Mountain Geopark, the Beiliao Kui Bi Mountain Tidal Viewing Area, which has been developed by the Penghu National Scenic Area Administration, features a seaside pedestrian walkway that stretches about 100 meters northward. Here, you will see a signpost indicating the "Huanshan Grass Trail." By turning right and walking up a muddy path into a small forest, you will find a fork in the path. Walking either left or right will lead you along the coastal cliffs beneath the military radar. At the summit, there are abandoned military facilities, bunkers, and trenches, which were once a military stronghold before martial law. From the highest point of Kui Bi Mountain, you can enjoy the natural landscapes and the expansive ocean view. On clear days, you can see Jishan Island and Dinggou Island to the north. During low tide, you can spot the Chi Yu Seashore Trail to the right and Fan Ziwei to the left below. Between Kui Bi Mountain, Fan Ziwei, and Chi Yu, large intertidal zones and rock formations are exposed during low tide, offering locals a place to gather shellfish. 【Suggested stay duration】 2 hours
