Zhuangjiazhuang Folk Cultural Museum Introduction
The museum is the result of over forty years of collecting local folk artifacts by Zhuang Zhengyi from Penghu. Inside the building, there are displays of approximately a thousand daily use items such as dining utensils, clothing, furniture, and transportation tools. The exhibition space, which is about 100 pings in size, includes an area for deities and an area for embroidered furniture, showcasing over two hundred deity sculptures from the outlying islands of Wang-an, Jibei, and Qimei. The embroidered furniture area features exquisitely carved red sleeping beds, ancient bridal beds exclusive to wealthy ladies, as well as items like sword belts and embroidered shoes, all of which are worth a visit.
