Zhuangjia Zhuang Folklore Museum Introduction

The museum is the result of over forty years of collection of local folk artifacts by the Penghu native, Zhuang Zhengyi. Within the building, approximately a thousand daily items are displayed, including dining utensils, clothing, furniture, and transportation tools. The exhibition space of one hundred pings includes areas for deities and furniture embroidery, showcasing over two hundred deity sculptures from the outlying islands of Wang-an, Qibei, and Qimei. The furniture embroidery section features exquisitely carved red sleeping beds, ancient bridal beds specifically for wealthy daughters, along with collectibles such as sword belts and embroidered shoes, all worth a visit.
