Tiger Head Mountain Introduction
Hutou Mountain is located in Qingluo Village, Huxi Township, with an elevation of 29.47 meters. It is near the coast and offers a view of the surrounding scattered small islands, including Yuanbei Islet and Jishan Islet, with a vast horizon of sea and sky. Nearby is the historic Seven Star Tower, which is said to be aligned with the seven stars that first appeared in ancient times. The Yangming Miao Tower is the largest of the Seven Star Towers. According to legend, during a drought, a certain plant would be inserted on top of the tower, and incense would be burned to pray for rain. Soon after, rain would fall in the Qingluo area, alleviating the drought.
