According to the "Inscription of the Reconstruction of Jiangjun Temple," General Li was a loyal subject of the Ming Dynasty. In the 18th year of the Yongli era (1664), the spirit of General Li manifested impressively, personally taking wood and the golden statue to the port (specifically to "Jiangjun Yehu" on the inner side of Jiangjun North Fishing Port). There were faint inscriptions of "General Li" on the wood, and the villagers, feeling his divine presence, immediately used the wood to build the "Jiangjun Temple" for worship.
