Guanyin Temple Introduction
Main Deity: Guanyin Bodhisattva Festival Dates: Lunar February 19th, Lunar March 23rd Established in the seventh year of Daoguang during the Qing Dynasty (1827), this building has a long history and unique architecture, often attracting tourists for photos. According to local residents, since venerating the Bodhisattva, there has been an abundance of fish caught in stone weirs, peace in the area, no disasters throughout the year, and celebrations during the eight festivals, leading to a prosperous and stable life for the residents. This has also made it a central place for religious devotion in the area.
