Aimu Village Leisure and Tourism Factory Introduction
Entering the fairy tale world of the Six Little Pigs, the story of the Three Little Pigs has transformed into the Six Little Pigs hidden within the alleys of Cultural Road in "Ai Mu Village." Guided by them, visitors embark on a revamped fairy tale journey to discover the beautiful world of cypress wood. Ai Mu Village originated from Shun Yi Wood Industry, which has a history of half a century in Chiayi. Under the stewardship of the second generation, Mr. and Mrs. Yan Wei-De, continuous communication with the elders about the possibilities of wood development took place. From being initially overlooked and misunderstood to finally gaining recognition and affirmation, it took a full three years for Ai Mu Village to be born. The hope is that through this space, more people will understand the applications of wood, recognize the mysteries of trees in nature, and acknowledge the history of forestry development. The goal is not only to provide a path for forestry but also to preserve visitors' memories of wood. With this original intention, everything—from interior design, copywriting, to spatial concepts—has been crafted by Mr. and Mrs. Yan Wei-De themselves. They have also specially planned interactive game areas and DIY woodworking experiences, aiming to leave joyful memories for visitors of all ages and achieve the purpose of education through entertainment. While visiting, be sure to try the signature dishes here—Cypress Eggs and Fruit Popsicles. The Cypress Eggs differ from regular tea eggs, containing Chinese herbal recipes and being simmered with cypress wood, making them healthy and delicious, leaving a subtle cypress aroma in the mouth. The Fruit Popsicles are made with just milk and fruit, as the owner insists on not adding emulsifiers or other additives, ensuring that visitors can enjoy them safely while preserving the original flavor of the fruit. Although Ai Mu Village has emerged as a newcomer, it continually strives for excellence. In just five years of operation, the number of visitors has steadily increased, and there are future plans for adult skill experience classes. With such dedicated management, it is believed that in due time, Ai Mu Village will continue to surprise us with its evolving charm. Recommended dishes: Cypress Eggs, Fruit Popsicles, Dorayaki Ice Cream, Winter Melon Tea. FACEBOOK fan page.
