Aimu Village Leisure and Tourism Factory Introduction
Step into the fairy tale world of the Six Little Pigs, where the story of the Three Little Pigs transforms into the "Aimu Village," hidden within the alleys of Cultural Road. Guided by the six little pigs, visitors embark on a renovated fairy tale experience to discover the beautiful world of cypress wood. Aimu Village was originally Shunyi Wood Industry, which has a history of half a century in Chiayi. Under the stewardship of the second generation, Yan Wei-de and his wife, efforts were made to communicate with their elders to continue exploring the potential of wood development. From being initially met with skepticism to ultimately gaining recognition and affirmation, it took three years for Aimu Village to be born. The aim is to help more people understand the various applications of wood, appreciate the mysteries of trees in nature, and learn about the history of forestry development. The larger intention is not only to create a path for the forestry industry but also to preserve visitors' memories of wood. With this original intention, all aspects of interior decoration, copywriting, and spatial design were crafted by Yan Wei-de and his wife without outsourcing. They have also specially planned interactive game zones and DIY woodcraft experiences, hoping to create joyful memories for visitors of all ages while achieving an educational and entertaining purpose. While exploring, don’t miss trying the signature dishes here—Cypress Egg and Fruit Popsicle. The Cypress Egg is different from ordinary tea eggs; it not only incorporates a secret Chinese medicine recipe but is also simmered with cypress wood, making it both healthy and delicious, leaving a faint cypress aroma on the palate. The Fruit Popsicle is made with only milk and fruit, with the owner insisting on no emulsifiers or additives, allowing visitors to enjoy it with peace of mind and preserving the original fruit flavor. Despite being a newcomer, Aimu Village continuously strives for excellence. In just five years of operation, the number of visitors has been steadily increasing. There are even plans for adult craft experience classes in the future. With such dedicated management, it is believed that Aimu Village will continue to surprise us in time. Recommended dishes: Cypress Egg, Fruit Popsicle, Dorayaki Ice Cream, Winter Melon Tea. FACEBOOK fan page.
