Mitti Wharf Introduction

Meiti Wharf, located outside Water Gate No. 16 on the Keelung River and in front of Meiti Evacuation Gate, is one of the ports in the Blue Highway water transportation network. It features a layout similar to Dajia Wharf and primarily serves as a docking point for passenger boats operating on the Blue Highway routes. Meiti Wharf extends the Blue Highway routes to the Neihu area, transforming the Keelung River from a point to a line and creating a water tourism belt that integrates with the Miramar entertainment district. Nearby attractions include the National Palace Museum, the Martyrs' Shrine, and the Ferris wheel, as well as various shopping centers and wholesale stores around the Neihu Science Park. Additionally, the Meiti Riverside Park where the wharf is located offers expansive views, allowing visitors to enjoy sights of the Taipei 101 skyscraper and the takeoffs and landings at Songshan Airport, making it a great place for citizens to get close to the river, enjoy leisurely strolls, or engage in cycling activities.
