Mizhao Port Introduction

The Meiti Wharf, located outside the Meiti Water Gate No. 16 along the Keelung River, is one of the ports in the Blue Highway water transport network. Its layout is similar to that of the Dajia Wharf, and it primarily serves as a docking point for passenger ferries operating in the Blue Highway routes. The Meiti Wharf extends the Blue Highway routes to the Neihu area, transforming the Keelung River into a water tourism belt that connects with the Miramar shopping district. Nearby attractions include the National Palace Museum, the Martyrs' Shrine, and the Ferris wheel, along with major shopping centers and hypermarkets around the Neihu Science Park for leisure shopping. Additionally, the Meiti Riverside Park, where the wharf is located, offers expansive views, allowing visitors to enjoy a sight of Taipei 101 and the takeoffs and landings at Songshan Airport. It also serves as a great place for the public to get close to the river, relax, take walks, or ride bicycles.
