Located between Dazhi Bridge on Keelung River and Zhongshan Expressway, covering an area of approximately 273,387 square meters. The park's biggest feature is the "Windward Dog Sports Park," which is specially designed for dogs and covers an area of about 1 hectare. It is divided into a large dog area and a small dog area based on a weight limit of 9 kg, equipped with stainless steel fences and double gates for the protection of both humans and dogs. There are also dog waste cleaning facilities, 8 resting seats, and 4 foot washing stations for owners and dogs to clean up after a fun playtime. The riverside grassy area is a great place for families to gather, play, and relax. Another highlight of Windward Riverside Park is the sports field, which offers various facilities for the public to exercise and enhance their physical fitness, including badminton, baseball, soccer, and roller skating practice areas.
