National Museum of History Introduction
The National History Museum is located on Changsha Street behind the Presidential Office. The building is a municipal historic site that integrates Western classical and modern styles. It was originally the Postal Department of the Taiwan Governor's Office during the Japanese colonial period. In addition to regular guided tours and group appointment tours, the National History Museum also organizes related educational promotional activities, including a series of lectures and special talks on artifacts. It also provides digitized archives of its collections for public reference and use.
