Curved River Bend, Blooming Flower Dome Introduction
Songshan originates from a confluence of rivers at their bends, becoming a place rich in cultural essence surrounded by natural topography. The work poetically transforms the "domain seen" space into experiences of "encounters" between the artwork, the geographical environment, and people. Through tens of thousands of tubular units arranged in varying heights, an organic space of undulating shapes is created, evoking the imagery of rippling waves akin to river bends. This flows and diffuses within the lofty space, presenting a multi-layered and multi-angled visual experience that interprets the abundant and brilliant historical origins of Songshan. With a magnificent giant light sculpture, it creates a "Flower & Light Dome" resembling a panorama of blooming blossoms, dancing with vibrant life force to offer a rich sensory experience, celebrating the flourishing of diverse cultures throughout Songshan's historical continuum and the hope for the future.
