Bend of the River, Blooming over the Sky Introduction
Songshan originated from the convergence of rivers at bends, creating a place rich in essence. Surrounded by natural landforms, it has embarked on a journey of cultural prosperity. The artworks utilize the poetic spatial concept of "domain perception" to transform the encounter experiences between art pieces, the geographical context of the site, and the people. Thousands of tubular units are arranged vertically in varying heights, creating an organic void shape that resembles the rippling imagery of river bends, circulating and expanding multiple layers and angles of visual experiences in the lofty space, thereby interpreting the abundant and brilliant historical origins of Songshan. With magnificent giant light sculptures, it creates a "Flora & Light Dome" akin to a flourishing display of various flowers, dancing with vibrant life energy to evoke rich sensory experiences, celebrating the blooming of diverse cultures and the hope for the future in Songshan's historical evolution.
