Taipei Railway Bureau - Beimen Station Introduction
Beimen Station is located on the Songshan Line of the Taipei Metro and is situated on Tacheng Street. It is a four-story underground station, approximately 171 meters long and 32 meters wide, with a depth of about 32 meters. The station has three exits, two ventilation shafts, and two barrier-free elevators. During its design, the Songshan Line integrated the concept of public art into its architecture and landscape design, embedding artistic ideas that reflect the cultural and environmental characteristics of the area. Through a variety of colors, themes, and sub-themes, it creates a diverse appearance for the public. The design concept of Beimen Station—"Gratitude and Aspiration"—captures the essence of humanistic spirit and resonates with historical trajectories.
