Taipei Railway Bureau, Beimen Station Introduction
Beimen Station is located on the Songshan Line of the Taipei Metro, situated on Tacheng Street. It is an underground station with 4 levels, approximately 171 meters long and 32 meters wide, with a digging depth of around 32 meters. The station has 3 exits, 2 ventilation shafts, and 2 accessibility elevators. The design of the Songshan Line incorporates a broad concept of public art through architectural and landscape design, embedding artistic ideas that represent the cultural and environmental characteristics of the region. Various styles are created through color schemes, themes, and sub-themes, presenting a diverse appearance to the public. The design concept of Beimen Station—"Grace and Aspiration"—captures the essence of humanistic spirit in response to the historical trajectory.
