MAJI Food and Fun - Yuanshan Flora Expo Pavilion Introduction
"MAJI2" is located near the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, nestled in a corner of the Taipei Expo Park's Yuanshan Area, officially opening in June 2013. It was meticulously planned by singer Harlem Yu and renowned designer Ye Yuching. Utilizing shipping containers and wooden barns in nature, it expertly encapsulates elements of food, original products, music, and art, creating a lifestyle market space with an exotic atmosphere: a playground for the city. MAJI2 includes six major areas: Shennong Market, Global Snack Street, Creative Market, International Cuisine Restaurants, Specialty Shopping Street, and a Multi-functional Exhibition Space. The **Shennong Market** is a place where food lovers and home cooks can gather delicious, safe, natural, and non-toxic ingredients. It carefully selects products from Taiwan's exquisite small farmers, many of which are award-winning items recognized by the Council of Agriculture, as well as high-quality small brand seasonings that are hard to find in regular supermarkets, along with traditional ingredients from Nanmen Market and a dining area featuring familiar Chinese dishes, allowing customers to take them home directly. **Global Snack Street** features a unique dining space arranged with shipping containers and retro tables and chairs, offering a variety of Taiwanese snacks and a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisines. The **Creative Market** gathers handmade leather bags, original clothing, unique accessories, and various lifestyle design items, providing endless surprises around every corner.
