MAJI Food & Leisure Market - Yuanshan Floral Expo Pavilion Introduction

"MAJI2" is located near the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, tucked away in a corner of the Taipei Expo Park's Yuanshan area, and opened officially in June 2013. It was thoughtfully designed by singer Harlem Yu and renowned designer Ye Yu-Ching, utilizing shipping containers and wooden barns to ingeniously blend food, original products, music, art, and more, creating an exotic atmosphere reminiscent of a city amusement park. MAJI2 consists of six main areas: Shennong Market, Global Snack Street, Creative Market, International Cuisine Restaurants, Specialty Shopping Street, and a Multi-functional Performance Space. The Shennong Market is a paradise for food lovers and cooks, gathering delicious, safe, natural, and non-toxic ingredients all in one place. It features carefully selected products from exquisite small farmers across the nation, many of which have won the Agricultural Minister's Shennong Award for quality, as well as premium small-brand condiments that are hard to find in regular supermarkets. The market also brings in traditional ingredients from the Nanmen Market and introduces cooked dishes catering to Chinese tastes, allowing customers to take them home directly. Global Snack Street features a unique dining space created by arranging shipping containers with retro tables and chairs. Whether it's Taiwanese snacks or a fusion of East and West cuisines, you'll find it all in this diverse snack street. The Creative Market gathers handmade leather bags, original clothing, unique accessories, and various lifestyle design items, offering delightful surprises around every corner.
