Quanyuan Park Foot Bath Pool Area Introduction
※Closure Notice: The Hot Spring Foot Bath Pool at Quanyuan Park in Beitou District, Taipei City, will be temporarily closed starting May 14, 113. We apologize for any inconvenience caused! Quanyuan Park, located in a region with stable hot spring water resources, has been developed by the Taipei City Government's Department of Economic Development as a free "Foot Bath Experience Area" that combines leisure and intellectual enjoyment for sustainable usage of environmental resources. Visitors can take the MRT to Beitou Station and then transfer to the MRT branch line to Xinbeitou Station. Upon exiting the MRT plaza, you will see Zhonghe Street. Turn right onto Zhuhai Road and walk straight for about 10–15 minutes, passing by Quanyuan Park and Huanggang Creek, to reach the "Foot Bath Pool area" directly opposite Yifang Elementary School. Before entering the pool, visitors should follow hot spring foot bath etiquette by washing their feet at the water pump provided in the park area, after which they can comfortably relax and soak their feet! The Taipei City Government's Department of Economic Development has also thoughtfully provided rain shelters, safety handrails, and storage areas for the convenience of visitors. After soaking, you can stroll along the old hot spring street next to Xinbeitou Station and explore a series of attractions along the Beitou Creek, such as Beitou Park, Beitou Hot Spring Museum, Beitou Open-Air Hot Spring, Meiting, Beitou Library, Geothermal Valley, and Beitou Cultural Museum, among others. The water quality of the foot bath pool is similar to that of the geothermal valley's green sulfur, which can help promote metabolism. We welcome everyone to take advantage of this free hot spring foot bath pool and enjoy it to the fullest! (Source: Taipei City Government Department of Economic Development)
