Once upon a time in Baihe Township, Tainan County, there was an 85-year-old grandmother who had been selling rice noodles and bowl cakes at the market for over 50 years. With no fancy packaging or television coverage, the moment you take a bite, you will be deeply captivated by her flavors, as if returning to the ancient times, with nostalgic memories of childhood smiles and laughter emerging in your mind. The grandmother places great emphasis on the quality of her food, never cutting corners or adding any chemicals. "Following traditional methods and insisting on handcrafting" is her philosophy, reflecting the dignity and dedication of the older generation of Taiwanese people towards food.
