Yiketan Introduction
Kooks is a foreign cuisine American restaurant founded by a couple who loves traveling and is passionate about humanities and arts. Every sauce, every dish, and every painting hanging on the wall is 100% handmade, which they take pride in. Kooks offers a wide variety of dishes, starting with their burgers: the bread is handcrafted by a German chef, with a crispy exterior and soft, chewy interior. It is spread with imported butter and baked evenly on a stone slab, then topped with a 3cm thick beef patty made by a Canadian chef using North American flavors, accompanied by fresh vegetables and double crispy fries — absolutely delightful! In terms of their wraps, the 30cm long tortillas are filled with a layer of Kooks’ special spiced rice, a layer of salad, a layer of Kooks’ special heavenly sauce, a layer of irresistibly delicious main ingredient, and two layers of rich Australian imported mozzarella — a taste that is unbeatable!
