Haifeng Wetland Introduction
Located near the Chonglan Old Ditch in the Haifeng area, it was originally land owned by Taiwan Sugar Corporation. Later, the county government planned primary sedimentation ponds, natural purification channels, and a 6-hectare ecological pond to purify the water quality of the Chonglan Old Ditch, which provides fresh water for the Wannian River. The Haifeng Wetland is rich in ecological diversity, home to various water birds and insects coexisting harmoniously. In addition to aquatic plants that purify water quality, willow trees surround the ecological pond, providing a bright and open natural landscape that resembles an unpolluted haven. Closing your eyes and taking a deep breath here brings an uplifting sensation, undoubtedly making it an ecological paradise.
