Hai Feng Wetland Introduction
Located near the Chonglan Old Canal in the Haifeng area, this site was originally land owned by Taiwan Sugar Corporation. Later, the county government planned primary sedimentation tanks, natural purification channels, and a 6-hectare ecological pond to purify the water quality of the Chonglan Old Canal, which supplies fresh water to the Wannian Creek. The Haifeng Wetland is rich in ecological diversity, home to various water birds and insects that thrive together. In addition to aquatic plants that purify water quality, willows surround the ecological pond, offering bright and open natural scenery that feels like an unpolluted paradise. Closing your eyes and taking a deep breath brings a sense of comfort that rises to the heart, making it undoubtedly an ecological heaven.
