Xiao-Xi Special Street Introduction
The small district near the train station, known as Xiaoxi Character Street, is composed of several alleys and is a microcosm of Changhua's development. In the past, it was ranked alongside Dihua Street in Taipei and the Great Market in Tainan as one of the three major cloth markets in Taiwan. Here, there are old guesthouses, delicious street food, narrow alleys, and nostalgic red brick walls. Currently, it is home to the creative industry and cafes, such as Aizhiwen Stationery, Green Island, and Third Floor Daily Goods. Taking a stroll through Xiaoxi District brings back nostalgic feelings and allows for a small journey in Changhua.
