To the west, you can gaze upon the fertile fields of Luoshan Organic Village in the Huatung Valley. The mud volcano near Luoshan Waterfall, locally referred to as "Salt Flat," emits mud that not only contains gas but also has a salty taste. Therefore, the residents of Luoshan Village have long known to collect the gas emitted from the mud volcano to use as fuel for boiling water and cooking rice, and they utilize the brine from the mud volcano to make handmade tofu, resulting in tofu that is dense and firm, becoming a must-try delicacy in Luoshan. ▼360-degree panoramic video of Hualien Luoshan Recreation Area | Hualien Luoshan Recreation Area
