Zhushiyuan Eco Resort Hotel Introduction
Located near the northern side of Sun Moon Lake, at the vicinity of Jiulongkou, you can enter the park from Taiwan Route 21 at about 60KM+800m. The entire area covers approximately 6,000 square meters, offering a spectacular view of Sun Moon Lake with an excellent geographical location. The Zhushiyuan Ecological Research Center showcases a diverse landscape through its themes of "Bamboo and Stone Secrets," "Butterfly Ecology," and "Industry Experience." The entrance features the "Bamboo Dream Plaza" and the "Bamboo Dream Stone Steps Trail," which are adorned with various species of bamboo and retro-style stone steps, making it a popular romantic spot for wedding photography. As you stroll to the midway point, you will find the "Butterfly Water Shore" ecological pond and the "Butterfly Love Slope," where butterflies dance among the flowers, becoming a new ecological highlight of the park. Inside the main building lobby, there is a 210 cm tall bamboo butterfly king intricately woven from bamboo strips, symbolizing the guardian of the numerous butterflies in Zhushiyuan. The "Butterfly Art Room" offers fun DIY local cultural industry experience activities for both kids and adults, or you can relax at the "Butterfly Watching Platform" to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sun Moon Lake and fluttering butterflies. Additionally, take a walk along the private "Butterfly Dance Fragrance Trail" at the back of the park, where the tranquil forest ecology allows visitors to pause and find solace, bringing them closer to nature.
