Zhushiyuan Eco Resort Hotel Introduction
Located near Jiulongkou on the northern side of Sun Moon Lake, approximately 60.8 km along Provincial Highway 21, the Zhushi Eco-Learning Center covers an area of about 6,000 square meters and offers a fantastic view of Sun Moon Lake. The center showcases a variety of features including “Bamboo and Stone Secret,” “Butterfly Ecology,” and “Industrial Experience.” The entrance, “Bamboo Dream Plaza,” and the “Bamboo Dream Stone-step Trail” are adorned with various types of bamboo and retro-style stone steps, making it a romantic spot popular for bridal photography. As you stroll towards the halfway point, you will find the “Butterfly Water Shore” ecological pond and the “Butterfly Love Slope,” where butterflies flutter among the flowers, becoming a new highlight of the park's ecosystem. Inside the main building, the lobby features a 210 cm tall “Bamboo Butterfly King” woven from bamboo strips, symbolizing the protector of the many butterflies at Zhushi Eco-Learning Center. The “Butterfly Art Room” offers fun, occasionally held DIY local culture experiences for children and adults alike, or you can relax at the “Butterfly Observation Deck,” enjoying the beautiful scenery of Sun Moon Lake along with the dancing butterflies. Additionally, a visit to the secluded “Butterfly Dance Tea Fragrance Trail” in the back of the park provides a tranquil forest ecology that invites visitors to pause and unwind, allowing the soul to heal and bringing them closer to nature.
