Chushui Keng Trail Introduction
Chushui Keng, which is said to have been named for the nearby mountain springs and wild streams that converge and emerge in this area. The trail is approximately 1,400 meters long, partially overlapping with the ancient stone path from earlier times. Along the way, the dense growth of Moso bamboo and sweet osmanthus creates an interesting atmosphere, often leading to moments where one hears voices echoing in the empty mountains without seeing anyone. At the end of the trail, the ridgeline reaches an elevation of about 1,200 meters, where tea plantations stretch out, offering a broad view and beautiful scenery. The layers of mountains are entwined with clouds and mist, where one can occasionally see magnificent waterfalls flowing slowly through the valleys. Standing here, one can gaze at the swirling mists that intermittently reveal and conceal the Ruisi Mountain City, resembling a paradise on earth.
