Tai Hing Rock Trail Introduction
Taihingyan Trail is located at an elevation of approximately 850 meters and has a total length of 650 meters, weaving through tea plantations and pristine forests. In recent years, with the promotion of trail exploration, Taihingyan Trail has gradually become a major resting spot for visitors on their way to Ruiali. The trailhead is located next to County Road 166, featuring a viewing platform and an informational sign, offering a wide field of vision. The trail runs between expansive tea fields, showcasing a serene and elegant landscape. Walking along the ridge of the trail, one can encounter rich ecology and often see endemic bird species such as the Taiwan Blue Magpie; other species like Taiwan Rhododendron bloom magnificently in clusters each April and May. At the end of the trail is "Taihing Rock," a solemn and tranquil place that serves as the center of faith for the residents of Taihing Village, complemented by a century-old plum tree and a grove of Moso bamboo behind the temple, adding an ancient and serene charm.
