Taiping Cloud Ladder Introduction

The Taiping Cloud Ladder is 281 meters long and stands at an elevation of approximately 1,000 meters, making it the highest scenic suspension bridge in Taiwan. The bridge spans from the Viewing Platform in Meishan Taiping Village across the Sanyuan Rainbow Waterfall to Guishan, allowing visitors to overlook the beautiful scenery of Chiayi and enjoy the sea of clouds, capturing the famous 36 bends of Meishan in one view, and even glimpsing the Chianan Plain in the distance. The opening hours are as follows: Weekdays: 09:00-17:30, last admission at 17:00 (from November to March: 09:00-16:30, last admission at 16:00), Saturdays: 09:00-20:00, Sundays: 09:00-17:30 (last entry before 17:00), closed on Wednesdays.
