Sandimen Craft Trail Introduction
The San-di-men Craft Trail is located on Section 1 of Zhongzheng Road in San-di-men Township. Walking along the craft trail is equivalent to touring the main craft workshops of the entire village. The trail starts at the "Ege Studio" and is approximately 453 meters long, created collaboratively by all village residents in 2002. The 1,212 ceramic tiles inside were hand-painted by the village's elders and children. At the San-di-men Craft Trail, you can find many workshops, such as the Dragonfly Yazu Workshop, Ege Handicraft Studio, and Shatao Dance Glass Art Space, featuring glass beads, pottery, and clothing workshops. Through the efforts of the tribal community, modern and traditional crafts are integrated into daily life, allowing more people to recognize and appreciate them. Visitors can DIY and create their own craft items, leaving a beautiful memory of their journey. It is recommended to spend about 2-3 hours there, and those wishing to experience DIY should contact the shops in advance to make reservations.
