Wetland Park Introduction

Shanglinluo Creek, located from Lindong Bridge in Linluo Township, Pingtung County, to the eastern side of Ailiao Military Camp, belongs to the Ailiao River Basin. Its water source comes from abundant year-round underground runoff, making it the longest section of river in Linluo that is free from pollution. On the eastern side, there is the Taiwan Sugar Corporation Ailiao Creek Farm. The low-lying areas and marshes within the basin nurture a rich diversity of aquatic species, contributing to a diverse river ecology. The Linluo Artificial Wetland, situated beside Shanglinluo Creek and the Taiwan Sugar Ailiao Creek Farm, covers an area of 2.8 hectares and purifies the wastewater from the Ailiao Creek irrigation canal, while also providing space for environmental education and recreational activities for the public.

Transportation Methods：By car: Take National Freeway No. 3 southbound → Exit at Pingtung Changzhi Interchange → Turn left onto Xinyi Road → Turn left onto Minsheng Road → After reaching the entrance of the Liudui Hakka Cultural Park, continue along the road directly opposite the entrance towards National Freeway No. 3 → Turn right under the overpass → Continue along the road below the freeway → Turn at the first intersection, continue on the road below the freeway → Lintuo Wetland Park.
