Liangshan Recreation Area Introduction
Liangshan Recreation Area is located along County Road 185 in Pingtung County, with its biggest feature being its proximity to both mountains and water. The babbling streams bring a refreshing coolness to visitors during the summer, while enjoying the beautiful views of waterfalls with a cup of rich coffee nearby is an experience not to be missed. For hiking enthusiasts, there are mountain trails to explore, allowing one to appreciate the beauty of the forest filled with the sounds of insects and birds. The surrounding environment is elegant and tranquil, with a few camping spots interspersed among hunting cabins, creating a beautiful sense of distance that helps small families completely relax while camping, feeling the tranquility and serenity of the moment. From the entrance, visitors can take photos of hobbit houses, feed fish, and see little goats. For family outings, it is recommended to visit the first waterfall, which takes less than an hour round trip, making it suitable for a relaxing day out. A stay of about 2 hours is suggested to explore Liangshan Waterfall and enjoy the fun of being surrounded by nature, or take commemorative photos with the lovely hobbit houses or rainbow stairs in the park.
