Oyster Harbor, the best place to eat oysters, is located in the coastal lowland area near Beimen District in Tainan City. The terrain is sheltered by the outer Sanduo Islet, resulting in an average tidal difference of about 1 meter in both winter and summer, with mild sea conditions. This fishing port is constructed using the lagoon waters behind the coastal sandbar or drainage channels between salt fields and fish farms, where the soil has a higher salt content, often developed into fish farms and salt fields.
